Step 1 Cleanse AM & PM

Mature and ageing skin is more vulnerable to barrier disruption - and a compromised barrier makes fine lines appear deeper and dryness more pronounced. This oil-to-milk cleanser is rich enough to cleanse without stripping, and delivers sea buckthorn's exceptional fatty acid profile at the very first step to prime skin for the renewal ingredients that follow.
Tip: In the morning, if you haven't worn SPF or makeup to bed, a simple rinse with cool water followed by this cleanser is enough - preserve as much of the overnight repair work as possible.
Step 2 Firm AM
Peptide Firming Serum | $56
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that function as biological signals - telling the skin to produce more collagen and elastin. Applied every morning before moisturiser, this serum works cumulatively to improve skin density, reduce the depth of expression lines, and restore a firmer, more structured appearance over time. Results are progressive and sustained with continued use.
Tip: Apply with upward, lifting strokes - always working against gravity. Allow to absorb for 60 seconds before the next step.
Step 3 Protect & Firm AM
Marine & Lingonberry Firming Day Cream | $52
Marine extracts provide the building blocks for structural skin proteins, while lingonberry - one of the most potent Nordic antioxidants - neutralises the free radical damage from UV, pollution, and blue light that accelerates visible ageing. Used every morning over the Peptide Serum, this day cream simultaneously defends and firms for results that compound over weeks and months.
Tip: Apply with gentle upward and outward motions. Spend an extra ten seconds on the jawline and neck, where skin often shows ageing earlier than the face. (Always apply a lightweight SPF30+ sunscreen after your AM moisturize).
Step 4 Exfoliate PM (1–2x per week)

Cell turnover slows significantly from the mid-thirties - meaning dead cells accumulate on the surface and actives like bio-retinol can’t penetrate as effectively. This 10% lactic acid concentrate clears that layer once or twice a week, accelerating the rate at which fresher, smoother skin comes to the surface and opening the path for the renewal ingredients that follow to work at their full depth.
Tip: Apply to clean dry skin, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly before continuing with Steps 5 and 6. Start once a week for the first month and build to twice weekly if skin tolerates it well.
Step 5 Renew PM, every night
Bio-Retinol Renewal Serum | $52
Bidens Pilosa, the active in this serum - is clinically proven to deliver retinol-comparable results on fine lines, firmness, and skin tone, without the peeling, redness, or sun sensitivity that comes with conventional retinol. It works by accelerating cell turnover and stimulating collagen at a rate the skin can handle comfortably. On exfoliation nights, the freshly cleared surface allows it to absorb more deeply and work more effectively.
Tip: If you are new to bio-retinol, begin three nights per week for the first two weeks, then build to nightly. Always apply to clean, dry skin before the moisturiser.
Step 6 Nourish & Seal PM, every night
Bio-Retinol Renewal Moisturizer | $50
The bio-retinol serum needs a nourishing layer over it - both to support its absorption overnight and to ensure skin stays comfortable during the renewal process. This moisturiser is the natural companion: it contains the same Bidens Pilosa bio-retinol as the serum, working in the same direction, alongside mango butter, sea buckthorn, and marine Alteromonas Ferment Extract, to deeply nourish and support the barrier as renewal happens. Apply as the last step after the serum.
Tip: You can also use this moisturiser in the morning in place of the Marine & Lingonberry Day Cream if you prefer a single cream for both AM and PM - it's formulated for use at either time of day.
What to Expect
In the first two weeks, skin will feel noticeably more hydrated, plump, and firm. Fine surface lines - those caused primarily by dehydration, will visibly reduce. The weekly lactic acid exfoliation will improve overall radiance and texture almost immediately, as it clears the dull surface layer and allows the bio-retinol and peptide actives to penetrate more effectively. From week six onwards, the bio-retinol and peptide combination will begin to show deeper results: smoother texture, improved firmness, and a reduction in the depth of established expression lines.
